- Is the audit really free?
- Yes. There’s no cost, no sign-up and no obligation. If you’d like help with anything in your report you can ask us, but you don’t have to.
- Where do the results come from?
- Every score and finding comes from Google Lighthouse via Google’s PageSpeed Insights service, the same engine built into Chrome. We never invent scores. If a check can’t be completed, we say so.
- Why might my scores differ slightly each time?
- Lighthouse loads your site fresh each time, so network conditions and server load can move scores by a few points. Large differences usually point to a real change.
- What do you do with my email address?
- If you choose to give it, we send you one email with your report summary. We don’t add you to any mailing list.
